Job Description:
Canton Corporation, a member of the Fairfield Group, is a general contractor and builder of commercial buildings, and single-family, townhouse and rehab residential projects. The Fairfield Group also owns and manages some profitable commercial property and apartment buildings. Canton Corp. is looking for a Chief Operating Officer.

You should have extensive experience in construction, estimation and customer sales. You should be a good decision-maker and a good problem solver. Sound experience in hiring and developing staff is essential. You should possess the appropriate licenses.

As COO, you will report to the President and will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations including planning, scheduling, and managing the deployment of the construction teams and sub-contractors
- Achieve the completion of projects within specification, budget and schedule.
- Manage meeting permit requirements at the local and state government levels
