Job Description:
GrayHawk Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing who is interested in long-term career growth with a fast growing company that rewards performance and places a high value on excellence.

Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience with new construction and real estate.
- Provide leadership to, manage and motivate the sales associates and marketing department.
- Responsible for all sales and marketing functions - sales program, compensation packages for sales teams, pricing grids, and sales center management; manage marketing staff and sales promotion program.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate review sales personnel; communicate company goals and objectives.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals per business plan.
- Oversee all aspects of the model home complexes as well as related cost budgets.
- Coordinate grand openings for new projects, between sales and construction, and between sales and customer service.
- Team player and ability to interact effectively with other departments finance, purchasing and construction.
- Ability to deal effectively with customers and resolve sensitive matters with tact and professionalism.
- Understand how to find the customer for the product and bring them through the door.
- Can oversee and create marketing plans, budgets, and promotions.
