Job Description:
Equity based position for a senior manager to participate in all aspects of the management of this specialty concrete contractor in Florida. This role also involves strategic and tactical business planning and decision making in regard to operational, as well as capital investment, corporate polices and procedures and staffing issues. It will also involve the overall management of all contracts. This role will also contribute to the growth of the company by developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the General Contractor community. Candidates must have at least 10 years in the concrete construction business at the management level, excellent business and people skills. Company is a specialty concrete contractor that works throughout the state of Florida performing about $20M in revenues per year on commercial and industrial projects.
