Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Director of Consturction to coordinate all construction related activities for properties owned by entities controlled by Steven L. Craig including all outlet centers.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Direct involvement in all core and shell construction projects (new and renovation).
- Supervision of personnel involved in tenant improvement construction, signage and special projects.
- Establish and monitor conformance to all construction budgets, design standards and operational requirements.
- Ensure the highest level of construction quality is maintained on all projects.
- Achieve timely and efficient completion of all construction related projects.
