Job Description:
Full time position, reporting to CEO. Responsible for company financials and establishing accounting policies as the company is growing. Should provide some operational over site. Logistics responsibilities and assistance in quality control procedures and systems of documentation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Financial reports for CEO and Board of Directors
Establish policies for accounting
Setup employee expense system
Quality control of service oriented system sale
Develop communication system between on site technicians working with head of Technical Services
Coordinate the logistics of finalizing a sale once it is closed.
Develop inventory management system
Coordinate logistics of procurement, shipping and inventory
Manage IT Systems, including:
- Start file sharing / file storage system
- Develop system for collecting and storing data from job site
- CRM
Ability to raise money
Qualifications and Traits:
Someone who does as well as someone who delegates. Strong financial experience in a venture backed organization is preferred. Ideally someone with construction industry experience. Warranty and insurance experience a plus.

- Ability to carefully review legal documents
- Ability to assist in licensing and distribution negotiations and legal agreements
- Construction Background a plus
