Job Description:
Nuprecon LP is one of the largest demolition contractors in the United States. With a history of steady expansion we are continuing to grow both locally and nationally with offices in Snoqualmie, Seattle, Portland and Honolulu. Our specialties include: total building removal, interior strip and gut, concrete sawcutting, core drilling, hazardous materials abatement, and removal and recycling of construction and demolition waste.

We are seeking a talented senior-level financial executive to join our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop corporate financial, cash management and asset plans; and evaluate the effectiveness of those plans.
• Provide direction for the financial, risk management and IT functions of the company.
• Actively participate as a member of the Executive Management Committee to plan, review, approve, implement and evaluate corporate growth strategies and objectives.
• Provide corporate leadership to other executives and managers to ensure financial success within their operational scope.
• Represent the company in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with banks, other financial institutions and consultants.

• Four year degree with an emphasis in accounting or business management, CPA preferred.
• At least 10 years work experience in the $100mm plus speciality construction industry in finance and technology.
• Strong communication, planning, organization and leadership skills.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Analytical mentality.
• Confidence, decisiveness, committment, energy, reliability, resourcefulness, goal orientation and positive attitude.
• Excellent listening skills and responsiveness to others.
• Sense of humor and flexibility.
• First rate computer skills.
• M&A; experience preferred.
