Job Description:

Qualifications: 10+ years of successful sales experience in this industry
- Bachelor�s Degree; M.B.A. desired
- Strong ability to close national accounts and be well known in the construction industry
- Industry contacts and existing relationships with key decision makers (preferred)
- Familiarity with industry trends and dynamics (preferred)
- Experience managing different SALES models/organizations or the business development function
- A Strong understanding of analytical sales tools in the pursuit of new business
- Can effectively drive revenue through the strategy and execution of sales process & methodologies

Responsibilities: - Work in concert with senior management, to construct and execute a national business plan that expands the existing customer base, thereby expanding the revenue opportunity overall
- Having direct responsibility managing the efforts of Sales Directors, Business
- Developers, Account Managers, and Account Representatives to achieve revenue projections and assigned growth targets
- Evaluate and deploy key talent in all markets to promote and strategically grow the Company�s market share
- Target and close key national accounts by establishing relationships with various executives in the industry
- Serve as one of the ambassadors to the construction industry by engaging in speaking events, serving on customer councils, presenting branded proprietary research, etc�
