Job Description:
An extraordinary opportunity has become available for a highly motivated individual who possesses leadership, passion, and drive to make a significant impact on the future of a very profitable, 25 year old, real estate development company. This challenging role involves heading a $50-75 million/year operation, including such aspects as project management, budgets, bid solicitation, contract preparation and administration, cost-control, scheduling, and progress reporting. The chosen candidate will be a high-caliber, dynamic, accountable team player with multi-state contracting and multi-locations experience, extensive multi-family and commercial background, and a minimum of 5-10 years of leadership experience with general contractor operations. Real estate development experience and Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
