Job Description:
R&H; Mechanical, leading radiant floor boiler installer in the Eagle/Vail Valley of Colorado, has an immediate opening for Service Manager. The Service Manager is charged with managing the service department with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction while maintaining specified profit levels for the company. Candidates must be knowledgeable in HVAC/radiant heat systems, have managerial experience in the industry, possess financial skills necessary to understand and react to profit results and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:
Ensure all functions within the department provide excellent, quality customer service.
Resolve customer complaints diplomatically and effectively with both customers and service department personnel.
Provide leadership and motivation to technicians.
Provide training and increase sales and skill sets of the technicians.
Supervise the dispatching and billing functions of service calls.
Control unapplied labor time and costs.
Coordinate generated leads to the sales department.
