Responsibilities would include the following: Identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships with prospective clients and teaming partners. The individual will manage marketing, sales and technical teams to implement our strategic business development and diversification initiatives. Candidate will identify, track and manage technical proposal budgets, content and submissions; manage production of marketing materials including qualifications packages, brochures, direct mailers, newsletters, press releases, and technical articles; manage the maintenance of client relationships and Business Development databases.

Candidate should possess a bachelor�s degree in business or marketing with 5 years relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills, technical writing, graphics and supervisory experience required. Experience in the A/E profession and familiarity with Deltek Vision CRM software is desired.
