Job Description:
Doppco Development Company is a privately owned boutique developer of multi-tenant retail strip centers preferred by several highly recognized national retail companies. We are located on the east side of Cleveland. Doppco is searching to add an essential position to our team. Responsibilities include review initial layout sketches for prospective tenants, initiate site due diligence, including Geotech, Phase-1, Survey and feasibility studies, establish the municipal approval process and attend meetings to attain approval, along with obtaining all building and construction permits. The Director will also help in the selection of project architects, engineers and general contractors as well as assist in project construction and tenant-related issues. The Director will manage the construction and facilities team. Should your qualifications include and undergraduate degree, at least 10 years experience in project management in the development or construction industries, computer literacy, including CAD and an ability to juggle many projects concurrently. OUR CUSTOMERS ARE NATIONWIDE, travel is required.
