Pincus Elevator Company, Inc., is seeking an experienced, goal oriented Operations Manager who will be responsible for the leadership, oversight, financial success and profitability of service, repair, modernization, and construction departments. This position reports to the President/CEO.
Duties include the direct supervision of approximately 36 employees, including an assistant operations manager; being proactive with the sales department in building the organization�s customer base; daily and weekly scheduling of teams, visiting job sites to ensure compliance with all safety protocols, ensure all jobs are completed on time and inspection ready, perform quality control & answer client questions; assisting in collections on all accounts; preparing & monitoring annual budgets. Leadership responsibilities include operational goal setting, accountability, follow up and performance improvement.
Minimum requirements are a high school diploma or GED. A college degree is preferred but equivalent work experience in the elevator or a compatible industry is acceptable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, customer service, project management and conflict resolution skills. Good MS Office Skills. Strong mechanical reasoning and comprehension skills. Previous elevator industry experience a plus.
