Job Description:
You will oversee facility design and construction projects at sites across the country. Responsibilities include managing budgets, soliciting bids, qualifying contractors and assuring the highest standards of quality. Requires 10+ years of major hospitality industry project design, development and construction experience along with a planning and zoning background. College degree preferred. This position involves frequent travel.
