Job Description:
Well established privately owned custom and semi-custom builder based in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a qualified individual to lead its custom homebuilding operations. The individual selected will be expected to to produce a product that meets the highest standards of product quality and client satisfaction while also achieving the timetable and financial requirements of each project.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field and will have several years of successful high end custom homebuilding experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in scheduling, estimating and purchasing, managing of vendor and sub-contractor relationships, budgeting, cost management, written and verbal communications, team building and client relationships.
