Requires 10 years experience in the sales of planning, A/E, Construction Management/Project Management (CM/PM), and construction services to government clients
Requires a minimum of 3 years of prior sales experience to clients such as federal or local government, federal contractors, construction contractors in the National Capital Area
Requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with clients at all levels
Proven track record in closing major pieces of business with the Federal government
Requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines, make decisions independently, be detail oriented
Must be highly motivated with a winning attitude
Strong working knowledge of MS Suite
