Job Description:
Bermello Ajamil & Partners, a leading A/E firm with a 67-year history of award winning design, seeks an experienced Director of Marketing to develop and manage an integrated marketing and graphics team across our corporate headquarters and regional locations. Requires a demonstrated ability to create, develop and manage various marketing initiatives pursuant to corporate vision. Responsibilities include:

Responsible for being the primary point of contact in marketing; accepting and initiating work within the marketing department, and managing the status of jobs already in progress.
Support Partners and Project Managers in B&A; business development initiatives.
Formulate and implement the firm's annual marketing plan to support rapidly growing firm. Align strategies based on long-term vision of B&A; set forth by firm leaders.
Oversee marketing initiatives of marketing managers in regional offices. Assist in developing localized strategic plans in line with the overall growth of the firm.
Drive the development and implementation of the firm's PR strategy through press releases, targeted advertisements, awards, white papers, speaking engagements, networking events, sponsorships, paper and e-mailers and newsletters.
Support the RFP process and ensure on-time delivery of top-quality, effective proposals and qualifications packages.
Develop and manage the B&A; global branding strategy, ensuring consistency across all company communications.
Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of marketing collateral including brochures, project pages, staff resumes, PowerPoint presentations, website and intranet.
Execute quality control for all marketing communications, including qualification materials, proposals, advertising and promotional activities.
Supervise implementation of firm's CRM database, Deltek Vision.
Ensure B&A;'s involvement with key industry memberships and affiliations.
Align B&A;'s participation in conventions and conferences as a means to generate leads and build relationships.

The Director will supervise a professional staff of 15 located in five offices, and coordinate activities with B&A;'s US and overseas locations while overcoming the challenges associated with information transfer and time differences.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of seven years marketing and management experience in a professional services organization, preferably in the A/E industry.
