Job Description:
RaceTrac Petroleum Inc. is currently looking for an Executive Director of Construction for our Store Support Center. The Executive Director of Construction is responsible for managing all of RaceTrac's construction activities. Reviewing and analyzing financial reports. Preparing monthly reports for financial meetings. Attending and facilitating various meetings. Visiting jobsites and stores to review quality and supporting all departments as it relates to capital improvements.

This individual customarily and regularly directs the work of others, which includes but is not limited to: hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and terminating personnel as necessary. He/she is responsible for planning, assigning, and prioritizing the work of others and developing their competencies and skills. This individual encourages the professional growth of team members.

Qualified candidates will have Excellent Communication skills, College degree in related field, Past experience managing multiple projects, Past experience managing multiple personnel and be able to travel up to 50%. Retail construction experience and underground storeage tank(UST) expereince is strongly preferred.
