Job Description:
HNTB Architecture has multiple openings for their Downtown Los Angeles office for all level Architects. We are looking for new architectural graduates to seasoned professionals that can work on large scale, exciting projects. Our practice is growing and we need creative, innovative leaders for our LA office.
Some basic duties include:
Professional architectural in performing basic architectural to leading project assignments.
Performs a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects or selected segments of a larger project.
Capable of exercising independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard architectural design techniques, procedures and criteria to make minor design adaptations and modifications.
Analyze design layouts, and features, which require researching, compiling and recording information for assigned project work.
Assists in preparation of project specifications.
Compiles and analyzes data site conditions.
Prepares environmental impact reports and develops plans to enhance the visual appeal of the finished project.
