Job Description:
PSA-Dewberry, a leading architectural and engineering firm, is seeking an individual who will manage the sales effort to promote and expand the firm's presence and reputation in correctional facilities, courts, and public safety markets. Key responsibilities include development and implementation of strategic business plans and marketing/sales strategies, management of the sales processes and proposals, client presentation strategies, budgets, databases and sales reports. This key leadership position reports directly to the President of PSA-Dewberry and manages support sales staff activities from other regional offices. This position is located in the Midwest Region and may work from the Chicago, Naperville, or Peoria, IL office depending on preference.

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in architecture, marketing, business development or related fields. Position requires at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in direct client interface, business development, preferably in the justice architecture industry, and interpersonal skills to develop concepts and creative strategies with multi-disciplinary teams.

Primary objective for the successful candidate is to research, analyze and identify development opportunities in the criminal justice markets and provide support to the architectural and engineering design services marketing groups.
