Job Description:
Texas general contractor seeks Divisional Manager to oversee its existing Houston operations. Firm is privately held, commercial and institutional building contractor, performing shell and interior construction. Projects consist of office, school, office, multifamily, retail, medical building projects. Annual volume exceeds $40M.

Position reports to the president at the corporate office.

Candidate should have a stable job history with commercial building general contractor or Construction Manager. Candidate must have managed at least a $25M construction operation, and be capable of supervising the entire estimating, project management and field staff.

Although the position would like to find someone who has managed a profit center previously, an up and comer, project executive or operations director with commercial building project experience will be considered.
