Job Description:
Established, midsized general contractor of commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings seeks construction COO or Executive Vice President. Position located in Philadelphia, PA. Position oversees all construction operations including sales, estimating, project management and field operations. This is the number two role within the organization that has the potential to become the president.

Candidate must have exceptional people skills, leadership skills, business skills, client skills. Must also have a stable job history, have worked for a midsized or large general contractor, construction manager or design-build firm at the officer level.

Compensation is excellent, with a possible equity stake. Will relocate- talent does not have to come from the PA marketplace.
