Job Description:
Candidate must have:
15 years minimum experience in a professional design organization with 5 of the 15 years in the telecommunications field.
Management experience with a staff of 20 or more.
A Bachelors of Science degree in electrical, civil, mechanical or industrial engineering
Position will work from corporate office located in Braselton, Georgia but extensive travel will be required.
Professional Engineering License
Possess strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications, CAD and/or other design software and project management programs such as MS Project
Excellent communications skills are required both verbally and written. Presentation experience is a plus.
Fundamental understanding of network architecture is necessary
Exceptional people skills to work with and motivate a diverse technical group as well as build confidence with AEG clients

The Atlantic Engineering Group Engineering department provides our clients with:
Fiber to the user end to end design;
Cost estimates for engineering and consulting services;
Technical consulting services in regard to available products, inter-operation of network element and required facilities

This is a high profile and critical position within the Atlantic Engineering Groups� Engineering Division that requires that the following specific activities be performed with attention to detail. The Engineering Department�s product has a significant impact in satisfying our clients and to the profitability of the company The series of tasks defined below result in the construction, start-up and system turn-over of AEG�s efforts.
