Job Description:
Catalyst Construction Management is actively seeking to fill the position of a Senior Estimator for Commercial Construction. Catalyst is a rapidly growing full service construction management / general contractor located in Indianapolis, IN.

Prospective candidate for a commercial Senior Estimator must have a minimum of 10 years of Commercial Construction Estimating Experience. Candidate must be able to estimate new ground up buildings, tenant finish projects, additions, renovations and site work. Proven experience in conceptual estimating is a pre-requisite for the position. Ideal candidate will be able to estimate multiple estimates at the same time. ,p> Candidate must have computer software experience and be proficient in computer use, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and the ability to quickly learn Constructware, our web based project management system. Candidate must be proficient in computerized estimating systems as well as overall computer use / skills, must be detailed oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Verifiable experience in the commercial construction industry is required for all potential candidates. This position is not an entry level position.
