Prospecting- contact & database
Client relationship development- cold & warm calling
Coordination- interdepartmental
Deal closing- facilitate negotiations
Program development- repeat business & aggregation of business
Sales & marketing plan implementation- achieve targeted budgets
Leadership (sales staff)- management
Communications- correspondence, marketing materials, contact programs, media leverage, public relations, client presentations
