Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Senior or Chief Estimator who, working directly with our Business Development Director, will lead our commercial hard bid department. The candidate will have a proven track record of successful bids, a thorough understanding of the construction process and functionalities of buildings, excellent relationships with a vast array of trade contractors, and will demonstrate an ability to manage priorities, select worthwhile projects, allocate work, negotiate contracts, and operate in a cooperative spirit. With a minimum of 10 years of experience of estimating complex and diversified projects in the $10 million to $50 million range, the ideal candidate will have trade-estimating experience and an ability to identify cost effective alternates. Working knowledge of Timberline will be a plus.
