Job Description:
ALYS Beach, a division of EBSCO Industries, Inc., is seeking an experienced, hands on CFO for its Santa Rosa Beach location, including real estate development, residential construction, resort management and other related entities. This individual will be responsible for directing the accounting and finance function.

Our ideal candidate will have:
� 5-10 years of experience in proforma modeling of high end, large scale residential developments, including multi-million dollar mixed use buildings.
� Minimum 5 years of Development/Construction Accounting and financial reporting experience.
� Minimum 5 years in Senior level position.
� CPA
� Resort and retail operation experience preferred.
� Familiarity with Timberline a plus.
� Knowledge of legal issues surrounding development.
This individual should have high-level management participation experience and the ability to share management accountability in an operational environment. Must have a history of meeting deadlines and working well with others. This is a self-directed, roll-up-your-sleeves environment. Should be analytical, strategic, proactive and a good communicator.

This position includes great location on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida, salary commensurate with experience, complete benefit package, performance bonus and relocation.
