Job Description:
Midsized general contractor seeks president to oversee all construction facets of the firm, including a divisional office. Responsibilities include oversight of all group leaders, field operations, estimating, sales and preconstruction. This individual will be responsible for the business, operations and client efforts for the the company, as well as the bottom line profitability. Types of projects range in size from $5 to $30 million for the largest single "ground up" project. Annual sales volume is over $150M and includes Commercial, Residential, Institutional, and Retail projects. The firm builds exclusively for third-party owners. Majority of the work is negotiated work, some hard bid. Most contracts are either Cost Plus a Fee with a GMP or Stipulated Sum. Will relocate for this position. Compensation is wide open.
