Job Description:
This position has responsibility for the scope and quality of the work of the Estimating Department.

- Ensures estimates prepared are true and accurate
- Oversees estimating function
- Prepares estimates
- Manages 4 others
- Establishes systems to ensure accurate data bases
- Works with Project Management and Accounting Departments
- Prepares departmental policies and procedures
- Recommends bid strategies
- Oversees competitive bidding process
