Job Description:
The Vancouver, Washington based C.E. John Company, Inc., an established, well-respected, diversified business enterprise specializing in real estate development, property management and commercial construction in the Pacific Northwest, has an immediate opening for the right individual to assume leadership of its development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the development process from acquisition through completion of construction. Responsibilities include the initial identification and evaluation of potential project sites, coordination of in-depth feasibility analyses, preparation of development proformas, negotiation of the acquisition of potential sites and monitoring the progress of developments against proforma budgets and schedules on a variety of commercial shopping center and multi-family projects.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership, communication and organizational skills and must have an established track record in commercial real estate and multi-family development.
