Job Description:
This is a senior management position with responsibility for leading the business development and marketing activities of the organization. This position reports to the General Manager, collaborates with the CFO and COO to insure business development and marketing objectives align with the firm's overall financial and operational goals and channels the efforts of senior professionals in business development efforts. The individual in this position will be responsible for guiding the activities of marketing personnel in database management, proposal coordination, public relations and graphic design.

The ideal candidate for this position will have demonstrable success leading in business development for architectural, engineering or other professional services organizations.
