Job Description:
Large general contractor seeks human resource executive to oversee all human resources and recruitment needs for the firm. The position reports to the CEO and will manage a staff of HR and construction recruiters at the corporate and divisional offices. The candidate will act as a key management advisor charged with upgrading, developing and executing HR initiatives. Must have at least 10 years HR and recruitment experience, college degree and a stable job history in construction. Candidates must also have been responsible for corporate recruitment of professional, managerial and executive hires.
