Job Description:
International resort developer contractor seeks president of construction to oversee the construction of a mixed use property which may exceed $500 million in construction costs. Prjoct consists of hotel, retail, and residential components. Company builds for its own account. The President�s position is the highest executive position in the company. The President is charged with implementing the vision set by the Office of the Partners. The President will formulate the company�s strategic planning to achieve the objectives of the business plan with the aim of maximizing return and minimizing risk for the company. Candidate must have a solid construction background in running hospitality projects at the executive level, and have a stable job history.
