Job Description:
Local Colorado firm with extensive experience in site development seeking to add a key member to their staff. This person would be in charge of 1 Sr PM and about 4 PM's. Most of the targeted jobs are very large developments. Initially the projects were smaller with parking facilities etc., but have gotten into very large complexes. Most of the current target jobs have been geared towards the large site development projects.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
Provide direction to the operational functions and project teams including Project Managers, General Superintendents, Superintendents, Project Engineers and Foremen.
Accountable for monitoring operational performance, including safety, cost, quality, schedule, profitability while providing first class service to our customers.
Track progress and operational performance against established project schedule.
Control budget and track project costs to assure profitability.
Build client relationships that foster integrity, loyalty and a value-added approach to partnerships.
Ability to maintain focus and drive while managing multiple projects, multiple operational teams and maintaining client relationships.
Demonstrate leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills with advanced communication and negotiation ability.
Excel in mentoring and maximizing potential in others.
Demonstrate ability to plan, organize and deliver commitments as required.
