Job Description:
Burke & Associates Inc., a 23 year leader in the Las Vegas commercial construction market is seeking a Controller/CFO. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring cash flow, maintaining the general ledger, responsible for internal and corporate financial reporting, job costing, AP, AR, payroll and budgets. The Controller/CFO is a direct report to the President/CEO. The Controller/CFO of this $100 million dollar company will supervise the accounting staff including performance and wage reviews, training and development, and ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal reporting requirements. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills. The Controller/CFO will be a member of the Executive Management Team and will contribute to providing strategic leadership for the company by means of long range planning and support of operations and company goals.
