Our body of work is growing. We are currently recruiting for the following position:
Talented Director of Business Development for a dynamic growth-oriented firm. The role involves working directly with the Principals and design staff, managing and coordinating business development activities, and developing and maintaining marketing tools. Specific duties include: assisting in development, monitoring, and implementation of firm goals and budget; market research; writing and production of submittals and proposals; interview and presentation coordination and graphics; creation of PowerPoint presentations; and public relations support. This position also oversees project database maintenance; boilerplate updates (resumes, project lists, etc.); promotional materials; printed collateral inventory maintenance; photography, firm-sponsored events, website maintenance, and marketing activities in the execution of the strategic plan.
Position requires 10+ years of progressively responsible A/E/C experience, including team building, management of other staff, writing (technical and content), editing, ghost-writing, presentation development/design, graphic design, and desktop publishing.
Candidates must possess fluency in Adobe products including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as proficiency in Microsoft products PowerPoint, Excel and Word. LEED Accreditation preferred, professional affiliation with SMPS and ULI desired.
