Accounting or Finance or Business Bachelors Degree Required
Construction Experience Required
Accounting Experience Required
Office Management Experience Required
Management/supervisory capacity
Procurement Experience Required

Duties:
Oversee and execute the procurement functions in compliance with company policy
Monitor Project Procurement needs and develop procurement plan to support operations
Select sub contractors for participation in procurement actions
Manage & report on MWBE/HUB utilization
Receive & compile Bids-recommend awards
Act as subcontract administrator
Perform & supervise the finance accounting functions
Project Budget review & approval
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Report preparation and review
Project Audit
