Help McBride Electric be a leader in the Construction industry by acting as the Sales Vice President who accomplishes company strategic objectives; directs staff; develops organizational and operational strategies; prepares budgets and controls expenses; establish sales objectives and standards; recommends and accomplishes annual profit contribution; maintains customer service.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding commitment to the long-term development of employees. Proven ability to coach managers with specific and measurable objectives in areas such as people management, leadership, and quality.
- Expert at designing, implementing, and refining systems to manage complex processes and to optimize performance.
- Responsible for profit and loss responsibility for an organization. Forecasts and monitors budgets against financial goals.
- Track record of supporting customer-oriented practices that foster customer loyalty and anticipate changes in customer needs. Understands consumer markets, effective distribution channels, and the vast interplay of individual and market forces that affect consumer behavior.
- Internal expert of customer, competitive, and market information.
- Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.
- Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively.
- Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
- Proficient at establishing sound budget goals and objectives.
- Capable of staffing, structuring, and maintaining a productive team of skilled employees.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
