Job Description:
The Raleigh office of O'Neal Constructors is seeking an experienced Construction Professional for management of preconstruction services focusing on the biotech & pharmaceutical industry. The position requires experience in conceptual and detailed estimating, knowledge of scheduling, and advanced client management skills. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience are required. Prior exposure to biopharma design-build projects is desired.
