We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic Project Executive.
The Project Executive�s role is broken down into 6 areas:
Leadership
Motivate team members to be productive and maintain a high quality of workmanship.
Be professional.
Be dependable in your word.
Establish clear concise job descriptions, duties and responsibilities.
Be a problem solver.
Planning
Participate in all meetings and discussion concerning projects.
Visit site and meet with local officials.
Assist in developing the pre-development budget.
Prepare and approve schedules.
Organization
Single point of responsibility for Pre-construction, design, and construction.
Primary responsibility for having a complete understanding of project scope.
Execution
Implement measures to maintain high levels of production.
Take action to meet critical milestone dates.
Review
Monitor performance for time, efficiency, quality and safety.
Reporting
Report status of all activities accurately and timely.
Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 10 years experience in construction management and experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Should also have the ability to read and understand engineering and architectural drawings. A Bachelor�s Degree in Construction Management or related field is STRONGLY preferred.
