Job Description:

Business is great and our proactive plans to enhance our management team with an Executive Vice President will prepare us for future growth.
As our Executive Vice President you will oversee three key areas: Business Development, Human Resources, and Finance. Reporting directly to the President/COO and with frequent interaction with the CEO, your business process management, vision, and strategic leadership talents will complement our strong construction management team.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage, maintain and improve all functions within the company related to business development, marketing, HR, and finance.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Increase market share in the Indianapolis area.
Provide a watchful eye over company expenditures and make sound business recommendations.
Evaluate and analyze business opportunities, new projects, and future markets.
Oversee the creation of strategic plans with input from department heads and other top management.
Develop, manage and mentor direct reports and conduct regular performance reviews.
Create a work and training environment that increases staff performance, productivity and resulting profits.
Provide leadership with genuine empathy!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum five years of progressive management experience preferably in a project oriented or service industry. Real estate development or construction knowledge is a plus.
Bachelors degree in business, management, construction management, real estate, architecture, engineering, or other relevant discipline.
Computer savvy with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel experience.
Management style conducive to leadership with compassion, flexibility, and good common business sense.
Runnebohm Construction will reward your talents with an attractive base salary of $85 � 110k, depending on relevant experience. A generous company based performance bonus plan is in place to reward your efforts and round out your total package to potentially $125 - $150k+. You will also receive an attractive benefit package that includes medical, 401(k) and profit-sharing retirement plan, vacation, and paid holiday/sick time.
