Job Description:
East Bay Commercial/Industrial General Contractor seeks experienced Project Manager

Job Description: Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Manage superintendents, manage multiple projects at one time, producing master schedules, monthly billing, bidding, estimating, writing subcontracts, purchase orders, management of job costing, and billing meetings with owners.

5+ years of commercial/industrial experience
strong computer skills
understanding of Design Build, Ground Up, TI and Rehab
