Primary Duties:
We have an exciting VP of Purchasing opportunity with our Orlando Division.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years Purchasing Management experience with a Homebuilder, please do not apply if you do not have this experience!
Your role will consist of:
Negotiations & Bid Management
Job Cost Control
Estimating & Purchasing of all new plans and developments
Create & Revise start budgets for all homes under construction
Reduce Cost to Construct Percentage
Requirements:
Must be exceptional in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook
Must have Residential Construction / Homebuilder Experience
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years purchasing management experience
