Job Description:
Do you have a track record of leading multiple projects and establishing project objectives and policies? Do you have strong educational background and experience in construction management or engineering; and significant residential or commercial accomplishments as a manager or executive responsible for the overall start-to-finish planning and budgeting of multiple residential or commercial projects in the multi-million dollars range?

Our ideal candidate will have worked as a top-notched Project Manager with overall direction of large revenue projects in a residential or commercial environment and who can lead our company to future growth over the next several years.
You will have had direct responsibility for monitoring construction and financial activities; including budgeting, cost estimating, P&Ls; and other fiscal management duties. You will be the main liaison with our clients, client representatives, design team, subcontractors, vendors and consultants. You should have management and supervisory experience along with a strong and proven track record of improving work performance, job progress and productivity.
Experience/Education
You should have 8-10 years of progressive experience in a senior role in a residential or commercial environment. You must have successfully worked on multiple residential or commercial projects exhibiting exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and control these multi-million dollar projects. You must have a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Skills
You must have strong demonstrated skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision making. You must have excellent leadership, team management and relationship building skills.
