Job Description:
Kosene & Kosene Residential Florida, Inc. an Indianapolis based Multi-Family housing developer is seeking interested and qualified candidates for an Owners Representative to oversee an approximate $70,000,000 project in Bonita Springs Florida. This position requires a 4-year degree in a construction related field. Interested candidate should possess the knowledge and experience in the following, to include, but not limited to:

Thorough knowledge of the construction process
Management of Construction projects is excess of $10M
Previous experience in negotiating general contracts, as well as subcontracts
Job site inspection and review of AIA billings
Strong Computer Skills, knowledge of construction software
Knowledge of scheduling including utilization of scheduling software
A Minimum of 10 years work experience
