Job Description:
Our Rockville, MD office is seeking a Marketing / Business Development Manager with a minimum of three years experience in the architectural-engineering industry.

This position requires a professional marketing individual who will be responsible for diversifying and developing marketing opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic regionconsistent with the firm's strategic initiatives. Must show ability to identify, develop and follow through on lead opportunities. The successful candidate must have strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal attributes. Will be responsible for developing and working with the marketing coordinator in generating and writing proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing materials, etc.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field,or an architectural or engineering degree; above average written and verbal communications skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, people and deadlines; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Desktop publishing and/or graphic design software experience is a plus (PhotoShop, PageMaker, Quark, InDesign, etc.)
