Job Description:
Provide day-to-day leadership and management. Responsible for measurement & effectiveness of all internal and external processes. Collaborates with management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate rapid growth objectives. Motivate & lead a high performance management team; attract and retain required members of the management team not currently in place; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development processes. Oversee/manage day-to-day operations, including finance, budget, planning human resources, contract negotiation, and legal compliance.
Responsible for capital planning, expenditures, and inventory control. Establish production and quality control standards, cost controls, and obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and completion dates for project contracts awarded. Ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met. Review production and operating reports and direct the resolution of operational and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. Train and ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with, company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist in due diligence and implementation of business acquisitions.
