Job Description:
Reward Wall Systems, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of insulating concrete forms (�ICFs�) is seeking an aggressive, self-motivated, results based individual to fill the Director of Application and Design position in our corporate office. The ideal candidate must be able to meet the qualifications listed below:

- Building Design, Estimating, and Product Application Support
- Building design support activities, development of professional, on-site training, estimating, and product application support programs that provide effective strategic support to the Reward Sales Department. Also provide market development support and do joint sales calls with sales staff to provide technical component to presentation.
-- Programs must be designed to reach the intended audience, promote value, speak simply and directly, while communicating safety.
- On-Going Commercial and Large Scale Residential Support
- Involvement in Reward commercial and large scale residential projects through strategic presentations, application support to architects, engineers, owners, and direct on-site project training.
- Building Science and Whole Building Strategy
- Assist in development of a new �solutions based� approach to the marketing and sales of Reward Wall Systems to align with, and capture the value added benefits, of a building science and whole building approach defining the future growth of the company.
- Oversight of General Field Product Application Training Program
- Coordinate with Product Application Specialist in the development of education and training programs as well as hands on field product application support to contractors utilizing ICFs.
- General Construction Industry Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of commercial building industry structure as it relates to private and public building construction
- Must understand the role that building owners, design professionals, code agencies, general contractors, sub contractors and material suppliers play in the process and the priorities of each sector.
- Product Application
- Must be familiar with general construction practices relating to commercial construction and the various types of design methods used to construct multi story and tall wall buildings.
- Must be comfortable with ICF construction methods in various commercial applications.
- LEED education and support

Education:
- Architecture or Construction Technology Degree desirable.
- LEED Accreditation desirable

Experience:
- 5+ years construction industry experience
- Construction experience a must
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of ICF systems very desirable
- Background in design build, architectural detailing helpful
- General Contractor Project Management experience helpful
- Estimating experience a plus
- Blueprint reading skills a must
- Presentation skills and experience desired
- Knowledge of power point and word very important

Travel
- Must be willing to travel 40 � 50%
