Job Description:
Multi-Family Development and Construction Firm is seeking a Vice President of Construction who will play a key role in the future growth of their impressive portfolio ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and next generation strategic direction. This individual will build, manage and direct construction practices throughout the Southeast portion of the United States. The successful candidate must have a proven track recorded in all phases of multifamily construction and also have demonstrated financial management/forecasting experience. They will direct the scope of work, evaluate bids, and negotiate subcontractor construction contracts.

This candidate will be responsible for the supervision of subcontractors, work for compliance with contract and specification for development projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing onsite personnel and monitoring projects to ensure that projects are completed within prescribed schedules and budgets. This successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience in building construction specifically in the multifamily industry. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator with the level of maturity and presence necessary to work collaboratively with senior executives and business units to implement project initiatives.
