Job Description:
The Empire Companies, an expanding real estate, home building, commercial development, and aviation services company with over 30 years of successful history seeks a dynamic and self-motivated Division President/VP to join our leadership in Flagstaff, AZ.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall performance of the Division and ensures that annual operating objectives and profit targets are met within pre-agreed capital utilization and risk parameters.
- Responsible for management and oversight of field construction matters for the Division.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage division management in executing the agreed upon plans and objectives of the company.
- Develop, implement, and manage customer satisfaction and quality programs to continually improve buyer acceptance and satisfaction ratings for the company.
- Reviews and approves all financing requests for construction starts as well as the monthly periodic review and approval of all deviations (timing and budgets) from the approvals.
- Set the Sales and Marketing vision and strategy, including pricing, product mix, competitive market analyses, media planning, advertising, public relations, model merchandising, options programs, and more.
Education and Professional Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor�s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years in the residential construction industry (single, attached and detached homes), with at least five (5) years in senior management.
