Job Description:
Large general contractor seeking Human Resources Director in the Houston, Tx area. Candidate should be PHR, SPHR certified with 8-10 industry specific experience as well as a college degree. This position will entail the planning, development and execution of HR functions including; recruiting, retention, employee relations, benefits, payroll and training.
Candidate should be able to provide leadership and development initiatives and the ability to incorporate internet sourcing and placement for recruiting and retention plans. Strategic development and planning abilitites are required as well as the ability to implement new strategies for employee retention and training. The sucessful candidate should also have demonstrated ability to manage payroll & benefit issues for employees.
The sucessful candidate should have great interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees. He/She should be a self starter and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and administer company programs, policies and procedures.
Willing to relocate from anywhere in the USA.
